How should my tent be stored when not in use?

Always ensure you clean and dry your tent after use before you pack it away in the bag provided. If your tent is to be stored for a long period of time we would suggest that you remove it from its bag every 6-9 months, layout either in the sun or in a dry room to avoid any moisture for a few hours. Ensure the material is dry before re-packing.
Does the tent have a ground sheet?

The sleeping pods on all of our tents have a built in ground sheet. The Road Rider tent has a removable groundsheet, the Cloud Tourer and Dual Rider tents do not have a groundsheet in the main area.
Are the tent pegs substantial ?

Yes, the tent pegs are steel pins and not the flimsy aluminium pegs that bend on hard ground. Oh and on the Cloud Tourer tent they glow in the dark so you won't be tripping over them when making a call of nature !
Is it possible to ride my bike into my tent through the doors?

Depending on which tent you have, yes. The Cloud Tourer tent has side doors and the tent is 175cm tall but it does depend on the bike and the rider. With our Dual and Road Rider tents you will have enough room to manoeuvre your bike into the tent.
If I have difficulty with my tent, is there any support or advice?

If you have issues erecting your tent we can send you information to help or talk you through the best method to put up your tent. All tents have a kit list so you can identify each part. Just get in touch with us !
What is the size of the tent when packed?

Our Cloud Tourer and Dual Rider which are our larger tents when packed from the manufacturer, the pack size is approx. 64cm x 25cm. Once opened it really depends of how well it is re-packed but with think that you should be able to re-pack to similar dimensions.
Can I change my mind after I purchase a tent?

Yes, we accept returns after 14 days of delivery as long as the tent has not been used. Please refer to our returns and refunds section.
What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the UK Mainland for FREE, we also ship to Europe where shipping is charged at a competitive rate. Rates will be shown at point of purchase from the shopping cart
